I have been using ViaTalk for about 4 months now. I signed up for the prepaid option and got 12 months free. The 12 months free was the kicker for me. So far, my service has been very good. Every once in a while, I get a call and I can hear the person on the other end but they can’t hear me. Handing up and trying the call again has always fixed that problem. Overall, I am very happy with ViaTalk. I switched from a different VoIP provider purely for financial reasons. I was paying about $40 per month after taxes. I paid around $250 for 24 months of service with taxes, fees, and shipping the adapter, which comes to about $10 per month.
The $189 deal for 2 years of service was too good to pass up. For $7.80 per month, it’s pretty much the best price for good quality voip home service. My service has been operating at 95% quality, which I am perfectly happy with.
